Forgot to mention that the 1880 census of St. Genevieve County, Missouri shows Emanuel and Emma Cissell with two children: Joseph E. c-1878 and Louisa 3 months. This gives a total of six known children for this couple. I think Joseph E. was previously unknown, at least to me.
