For anyone interested or who may have additional information to share: Raymond Allen Mattingly was born in 1935 and died in 1985. He was the son of William Alvin Mattingly 9-26-1893 to 9-30-1971 and Teresa Ann Gordon 6-18-1899 to 1989. William Alvin and Teresa had the following children: Raymond Allen; William; Leonard; Robert L.; James L. Charles H. 7-18-1929 to 5-6-1972; Roy G.; Carl B.; Ruth; Julia Marie; Dorothy Anne; and Clara Elizabeth. Raymond, his parents, and brother Charles are buried at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have not yet connected William Alvin with his Kentucky lineage but am working on it. If anyone has a connection, I am in contact with Raymond's grand-daughter and will share information if wanted.
