This particular Charles has posed a problem for me for several years. The only Charles I find married to a Louisa is Charles Walter Mattingly, born about 1843 and a son of Ignatius Arnold/Arnold J., etc. The Charles she's looking for should have been about 15 in 1850 but he seems to not appear anywhere or else I simply can't find him (my Ohio census for 1850 is sorely lacking).
