As a matter of fact, some of them are buried at Old St. Joseph's. I believe it was you that posted the records of the burials but perhaps it wasn't. Anyway, I found the following in St. Joseph's, RCC at St. Mary's County: George H. 2-26-1818 to 11-17-1887 #4 Martha M. 10-3-1835 to 1-6-1916 #3 Also buried very near them is: J. Harriett 11-24-1856 to 4-14-1924 #2 George G. birth ? to 12-24-1864 #1 George Armstrong 9-2-1866 to 4-12-1888 #5 John B. 8-1-1864 to 5-27-1889 #8 Theolphus 10-29-1862 to 11-30-1888 #6 Could these be other children of George and Martha? Didn't find a Joseph of the right age in this cemetery. I did find a James T. but the birthdate is wrong: James T. 10-13-1865 to 11-20-1902 #189. **************************** >George Mattingly and Elizabeth Wimsatt had a son Joseph that I have no info >on.
