Joe, Yes....we are discussing the William of Madison Co., IL. I haven't seen his name as William Isaac except for other researchers. Do you have anything on him? His brother George or Micajah? I think that Elisha or Elijha was in Wilson Co, TN in 1820. I'm thinking that Brenda told me one time that this might be father of the ones we are talking about.
