And overseers to doe the remainder of the worke at Yorkshire bridge Thomas MATTEWES and John CRIPPS. John BOARTON Fyned 20 shillings by the Court upon the Complaynt of Daniell WILLS overseer for the Highwayes in the Second Tenth for his the said Johns neglect of doeing his worke, and Contempt of the Authority of the overseers concerning the same worke at the Highwayes. Att a meeting of the Proprietors and Freeholders in the First Tenth the 24th of the 4th month 1684 by vertue of a warrant to them directed, for the Chuseing their Assessours and Receivers for the Assessment or rate Enacted by the Generall Assembly; And alsoe for the giveing in each persons quantity of Land in the Tenth, both of undevided shares, and Certaine Tracts.
