This Zachariah can be found on a Tax list in Christian Co Ky 1799 , 1800 he is in Livingston Co Ky until atleast 1809 and then in Caldwell Co. Caldwell was created in 1809 from Livingston From 1810- until his death he remains in Caldwell CO.
