I am seeing that there was a Valentine Mattox said to have been born abt 1750 Bedford Co VA refered to as Capt..it is believed that he married Sarah Shrewsbury and is said to have died 1825 Wayne Co KY.. This is the info I have on Valentine now if hes a the Capt mentioned above, I dont know...
