Hello, still seeking any information on a William Matlock who died in Madison County Tennessee Oct/Nov 1825. Wife and parents unknown, children listed in Will were Matilda, William & Isham. William Sr. is believed to be the father of my GGGrandfather Isham Matlock and Grandfather of my GGrandmother Susan Boone Matlock. The children were taken to Washington County MO to raised by a William Stewart who happened to be married to a Jane Medlock/Matlock. Isham married Mary Malvena Summers and Matilda is believed to be the Matilda Matlock who married Richard Summers brother of Mary Malvena.
