Spouse: Notes: ¨ Thomas move to Overton Co., TN ca. 1830. He moved to Kentucky to teach school and married one of his students by the name of Mary Alexander. Thomas and Mary moved their family from Kentucky to Rush Co., Indiana on or about 13 August 1831. The stayed all night on the 13th of the month in a small log cabin home called a tavern in those days, near Rushville, and is what is now called Circleville. This house was call the George Oliver House. They moved to Rush Co., on horseback, carrying everyone and everything they had with them.
