I have seen a note where Benjamin Matlock s/o Luke Sr. was married to Charity Choate. That Charity Metlock was named in her father's will (Edward). But, haven't seen any documentation on this. I do know that Charity and Benjamin are in Kings Point Cemetery in Dade Co, MO. The 1880 census listing for Benjamin's son Luke. Has Jemima listed as his Aunt...not a step mother or anything like that.
