The photograph ppears to have been taken in the 1870's with the young man in the hotograph likely in his 20's at the time it was taken. The photograph was ecovered with others belonging to the Class of 1878 at Brown University. With that knowledge I was able to locate information regarding William auran STOCKBRIDGE who was a member of the Class of 1878 at Brown niversity. I believe that this is a photograph of him.
