It looks like Jeremiah and Mary had two children - Patrick b 8/4/1892 Marginal st E. Boston, married Marion Potter in 6/2/1912. May b 4/28/1894 Everett st E. Boston, d 8/9/1895. Mary dies in 1895 Everett st E.Boston. I would definetly check with Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden or Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
