Married Pearl(e) R. Gyger in 1921 in the Boston, MA area. Ruby and Pearl lived in/around Roxbury, MA and then moved to Washington D.C. sometime around 1947. Pearl Gyger worked for the U.S. General Accounting Office until about 1970. They lived at 1437 Rhode Island Ave NW, Wash. D.C. for several years. I have never seen any indication Ruby and Pearl had children. I do know Pearl died in Manitou Springs, Co in 1974 and must have remarried, because I have received an Obit for Ruth E Smith Gyger, who died the next year, with his name as being the husband.
