I had not researched Gustavus yet because I didn't know his connection-now I do!! Many of the people I am trying to connect were mentioned in a travel journal of my grandfathers in 1923. I have discovered that my grandfather had a sister (minna louise) and a brother (Henry who never married)that no one in the family ever knew about! I ended our branch of the Kirchners by being the last child and being a female, I decided it was up to me to be to be the historian!
