She was born at Boston Lying In Hospital I believe Jan 1942, to Edward Gardner and Ester(Silverstein)Gardner. At the time of her birth they may have lived on Intervale ? Street in Dorchester/Roxbury. But a least in Dorchester/Roxbury area. Edward was a Boston Police Officer. Her parents divorced when Carol was quite young, and I suspect she lost touch with her father especially after he remarried to a woman named Gladys Barton. I believe Edward died in 1961 maybe in Stoughton MA Found inf on his obt, but there was no mention of his daughter Carol, probably (just guessing) because his current wife didn't want it entioned. Carol disappreard from Brookline MA about 8 years ago now I think. She had been evicted from her apt on Amory Street in Brookline, and the last I heard from her was a patient at New England Deaconess Hospital. Then she disappeard. Peroidcially now I post a similar message, in hopes that one of these days someone will let me know if shes alive, dead, how she is and maybe even contact inf, or tell her I would like to see her. If shes died an obituary or death notice would be nice. We met back in 1967 at work. She at that time was living in a rooming house in Brookline, where she had lived since leaving her mothers home when she was about 17. Tell her her old friend Barbara N would like to reconnect, and catch up. I miss her. If a nurse, doctor, social worker etc see this, I know you can't tell me anything, but could you at least tell me if shes alive or dead. and let her know I'd like to hear from her.
