Jacqueline, It looks like Colby is part of the 138 index pages for 1891-1895 deaths that were skipped in the digitizing process. They were reported a couple of months ago. I picked page 250 for Boston 1892 deaths out of a hat and that image was not available on the server. Someone with access to the FHL microfilms on the index images and register images is your best bet.
