Surnames: Rabinowitz, Silverstein, Pearlmutter, Gardner, Hunter, Golub, Cushner Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ZFB.2ACI/4043 Message Board Post: Phillip Rabinowitz and his family were living in Ward 5 at 53 No Russell Street(apt bldg) in 1920. 1-where is North Russell steeet(what area of Boston etc is it in/was it in. 2 living with them was Ester M Silverstein who was about 19 an immigrant from Russia. She apparently was boarding with them. I wonder if there is anyway to determine if they were related? Ester's parents were Harry Silverstein, and Ann Primack . They were all born in Russia, immigrated in or about 1905, Ester had 3 sisters. Sadie, Fannie, and Lena/or Sena. Why was she living with the Rabinowitz family? and who was in that family besides Phillip? Thank you for any help with this.
