Hi! I don't have a Margaret Fogarty in Southier with a Canadian backgroud, but, I do have a Theresa Nora Fogarty dob Dec 6 1903 in Boston, died Dec 6 1988. Apparently she was living then(or at some point) at 470 E 7th St So Boston. She married Frank Biron/Byron in 1926, and had 3 children, 2 of whom were Theresa and Charlotte. I don't know anything about them though, or for that matter anything else about their parents. Possible names associated with Fogarty/Biron families may be: Daley, Watts, Conley, all in the So Boston / Dorchester area, as well as Doherty and ODonnell Good Luck Barbara

Hi Barbara & Brian My great grandfather built a lot of houses in Southie.. He lived at 34 F St. My grandfather and my father grew up there. My great grandfather came from Ireland to Nova Scotia and my grandfather and his brothers then came to Boston. The time period overall was about the 1850's to the 1920's. Do either of you know of anyone who lived in that area during that time period?
