Additionally, I've connected just the first entry on a page for a number of records and plan on doing a great many more this way. I might suggest that you just query volume and page number for any entry that reads "image not available". Most of these are for 1890 to 1900 birth and marriage entries. You can click on the first entry's "View Image" to see the image. Once I'm done with a county's section, I will post to that list. Finally, the webmaster mentioned that volunteers are going to being adding the missing index pages. My guess is there are close to 100,000 missing names from the index, so this will be a great help.
