Anyone related to any Masters in Mississippi/Alabama, that might have married an Indian lady named Minnie Masters? I have a picture of her , probably, taken on a tin type in the middle 1850s. She looks Indian or Jewish. She has a granddaughter name Minnie Lee Master Waldrop , born 1874in Yellow Pines, Alabama, Washington County. (my grandmother) We assume she is Indian because of the picture and they lived in the Choctaw Indian area, but we have not proof. She could have been Indian or Jewish. Is Masters also a Jewish name?
