Perhaps the following info will help some. William Asbury Masters married Vastie (Vashti) Owens. They are buried at Sunrise Cemetary, Pickens, SC. Their children were: John Foster, Susan Jane (m.Sylvanus Masters), Alice, Martha, Hester, Mary, George McCoy (m. Mary C. Massengale. These are my grandparents), Ford, and Lawrence. For some reason, Dick or Richard was also used as a name. I have some other information if you would like it. Mike
