Hi there Sorry if you have received the bugbear worm via our computor. It can sidestep the Norton Antivirus apparently. Xtra customers will have had it deleted for them pre-delivery of the carrying email! The rest of us may have to remove it manually. Here's how. Go to www.symantec.co and on the home page you can get a free download that will take just a minute to download. Then open it to set it to work on clean up duty.
