Jack's book does not have information on either your grandfather, Tom Masters, or Ova Masters. It lists as children William Monterval, Mary, Martha and Cora Masters. On Jack's site http://www.jackmasters.net/ , James Washington Masters was the grandson on James Masters thru Hillery's line.
