I do not have any info on this particular Masters, but my line also lived in Overton Co Tenn. My great-grandfather was James Washington Masters, married Emily Cleek. They moved to Robertson Co, TN and that is where my grandfather, Tom Masters lived until his death in 1972. My mother was born there and I was born in Springfield, TN. Mother always said there were cousins in Overton Co. I am wondering if there is a link here. James Washington Masters' sister was Louise Sabrina "Bryan", married Joseph Warren Morgan.
