I descend from his brother John Masters & Mary Ann Westlake Masters II. Did you ever find William's birth date or who his parents are? There are other Thomas's in my family that married into the Masters family but I can't connect into the names you have given. Let me know if you find anything on your William Masters. Mine were Copper miners in England & came to settle in Old Forge & Taylor, Pa in a coal mining community.
