Masters or Walter Masters. They appear in 1900 census for Oconee Co., SC, living in household with their mother, Martha Rogers Masters, their grandfather, Humphrey B. Rogers, and a cousin Conway Rogers. 1900 census lists name spelled "Humfrey Rodgers." Anyone have any info on any of these people? Contact me widorog@aol.com
