    3. Dear Listers, I recently found a connection by marriage between my family and the MASSEY family of Richmond, Surrey. James MASSEY, a shoemaker, born c1820 Richmond, Surrey married Elizabeth DICKINS in 1852. Two of their children appear in the 1881 census: Charles MASSEY, a police constable born c1850, living at Kingston on Thames, Surrey with wife Jane, daughter Ada, and mother Elizabeth MASSEY an annuitant aged 58. Henry MASSEY, a shoemaker born c1841, living at Baintree, Essex with wife Margaret and five children Henry MASSEY appears again in the 1902 London Suburbs directory at 153 Wandsworth Road, Wandsworth, Boot& shoe Maker. I would be delighted to correspond with anyone researching this MASSEY family. Elizabeth (DICKINS) MASSEY was my great, great, grand aunt. Ken Dickins Armidale NSW Australia
