I do remember seeing something about us being descended from Wm The Conquerer, but don't recall the details except the name Hezekiah did stick in my brain because it seemed unusual. << Where is Massey book mentioned in that available? Since others asked about this same issue, I'll post my answer herein. There's many references to this subject in the MASSEY-L archives. The best current reference to Hezekiah(3) and his ancestors back to William the Conquorer and Hamon de Massy is William W. Massey's MASSEY GENEALOGY 2000 which is in several libraries and can probably still be ordered from the author ([email protected]) who contributes regularly to MASSEY-L. Charles (4) is mentioned in this book as a possible son of Hezekiah(3). Judge Frank Massey's earlier (1979), MASSEY GENEALOGY ADDENDUM, 314-318, shows him as definitely a son, but without adequate proof. He was a purchaser at the estate sale of Hezekiah(3). Regards to all, Theron Smith. There
