Does anyone have names to go with the initials for B. Burney family listed on the 1880 Holmes Co., Ms. census. I think the 4 year old female may be my Great Grandmother Sarah Jane Burney. I need more names to be able to go in a new direction to research. It my even be possible that B. Burney is her Grandfather not her father but I haven't been to find anymore that what is on the 1880 census. I don't find her again until 1900 Caddo Parish, La. There she is married to John H. Massey . The 1910 Census finds her a widow living Sulphur Township, Miller Co., Ar. The older daughters listed on both census are of ages that conflict with her being their mother. I know that John H. Massey is buried in Miller Co.,Ar. at Enon Church Cemetery, he died in 1910 before the Census was taken. Am I right that these two are the same person? or am I just wishful thinking? Any help appreciated, Always, Anna
