My wife and I are trying to find info about the date and place of birth of her ggrandfather Thomas MASSEY. We believe he was born in one of the London suburbs, possibly Ealing, Paddington or Kensington about 1837 to 1841. We can find no details about his birth record, baptism, parents or siblings. We have no accurate info up to the time of his marriage. He married Fanny BURGESS, a widow, at Ealing in 1870 and lived the rest of his life at Ealing. They had 5 children: 1. Mary (c1870 - 1928?) 2. George (1872 - ? ). 3. Hannah (c1874 - 1942) 4. Thomas (c1877/8 - after 1901) 5. Eliza (c1881/2 - after 1901). We are also interested in finding information about George. He married Catherine WEST, a widow, in 1902, but we have no details about him after 1911. We believe he was a gardener. Any information about either of these would be greatly appreciated.
