    1. roll call -John Massey
    2. I am looking for proof that my John Massey born in North Carolina in 1782 according to census is connected with John Massey born about 1759 in Virginia who married Lydia Sandlin. Also looking for anyone who had any information about an Elizabeth Massey who was living in Caroline county, Virginia about 1750. John, born in North Carolina in 1782 married Mary born about 1782, had a number of children including Andrew, Lydia, Mary,Nancy,Sarah or Sallie, Lott Porter, John or Jackson, Isaac, Henry. All were born in South Carolina before moving with either spouses or family to Monroe County, Mississippi about 1840. From there most of them moved to Lafayette County, Arkansas about 1855. Andrew died in Monroe County Mississippi, Lydia, Mary, Nancy and Sarah died in Lafayette County. Lott and Jackson died in Chicago in a POW camp in 1862. Isaac was in Lafayette county in 1880 and then disappeared from history with his wife and only child. Henry moved back to Monroe county before the Civil war, where John and Mary died, and then Henry moved on to Van Buren County Arkansas after 1870. My line through Lott moved on to Texas about 1895. Thanks Martey Massey
