Hi I am looking for info on William MASSEY a dry waller, died before 1871 His children were 1 Charlotte born 1834, married Henry CRANKSHAW 1855 Crawshawbooth, Lancashire, England Their children: John W b 1856, Charlotte b 1867 2 Henry born 1840, m Leah WOODHEAD 1863 as above Their children: Henry b 1863 m Mgt EDMUNDSON 1889 no children retired at Cliviger, Burnley, lancs; d 1928 Crawshawbooth John Wilkinson b 1865 m Jane WILSON 1895 d 1897 Crawshawbooth Mary Alice b1867 m Harry MARTIN lived Burnley 4 childrenJanet, Joe, Jack, Fred James b 1869 m Mgt DUST d 1933 children Edith b 1897 m Harry BARRITT child Mgt d 1983; Henry b 1910 m Winifred SHORE, child Mgt Leah m Dan McGrath emigrated about 1912 to USA Methuen, Massachusetts - no children Sarah Elizabeth b 1879 emigrated to Saskatchuan, Canada about 1912 soon moved to methuen, Mass. 3 James born 1845, m Nancy WARBURTON 1871 as above children Martha b 1877, James b 1880 According to 1881 census Henry was born at Helbrooke [ no county given], Charlotte born Higher Booths, lancs, James born Crawshawbooth, Lancs The 1891 census states henry was born at Kilbrook, Yorkshire, England Since Helbrooke and Kilbrook are not known places even in older maps I am having trouble placing where henry was born and cannot obtain his birth certificate.
