I don`t have any good connections to talk about ,but it seems there might be some connection.My great grandfather was William Martin who was married and raised his family in Mills county Ia,near Malvern.At least 2 daudgters and 1 son ended up in Wyoming.Some of their descendents still are there. But I have no Knowledge of a Sophie.
