Hi Kathy, I have a Martin G great grandfather, James, who had a son born to he and his wife while he was stationed on the Isle of Malta, we think before he emigrated to the USA. I don't know how to find out if he was indeed stationed there as a part of the Brittish Royal forces, because we could not find a the birth of this Great uncle of mine, Charles Martin in the area of England where they were supposed to live.
