Bob, I said that I would let you know if I heard from Kathy. I have. I hope that she has individually contacted you also and your situation has been resolved to your satisfaction. My situation is not satisfactory. As of today, we have terminated our agreement and it is to be seen if I will indeed receive a refund. She was not honest with me on a number of things.
