Kathy cashed my first small check, then sent me an email saying her research was finished and I was to send her the rest of the amount she had requested. She hasn't cashed the second check yet. I am gathering copies of my cancelled check and emails exchanged with her in preparation for filing a complaint. Since the amounts are rather small I would suggest we all file with the same Federal Agency at about the same time. With the load the U.S. Attorney's office must be carrying at this time, I believe they would forward the investigation to the US Postal Inspector's Office in DC. I would like to hear from others in this regard. I have had good results with the Postal Service in the past.
