Barbara, Thank you for the reply you sent to me (below). I wanted to get back to you with how it turned out with Kathy. Sad to say, as of today, she has demonstrated unethical practices, demeanor, and frankly, to be an outright lier. I had hoped there would have been a way she and I could have worked out a resolution and she did offer a very reasonable one. However, upon my accepting her resolution, she emailed me back with a completely different story than she reported to me in February on the status of my pension file. She said she will be refunding my money, but that is to be seen. I just wanted you to know that it has washed out that she did not just lie to me but had no intention of ever sending me the file or refunding my money or contacting me again for that matter. The list administrator has performed a great service to all of us on the board to help get to the truth in this matter and protect all of us from any such experience [with Kathy] in the future.
