I have comsulted with my son who is an attorney and he says that Internet fraud is the same as mail fraud. If you have been defrauded, you should contact the U.S. Attorney's office nearest you. You should have Kathy's name and address and the stub from the money order which you sent and copies of your exchange of emails if possible. I sent a money order to Kathy about Jan. 20. Last week my mail carrier brought back my unclaimed money order. I was able to cash it in to get my money back. Just maybe she is sick or died??
