    3. Hello Susan and all other Martin researchers, My Martin line was in Navarro Co Texas as of the 1880 census, if you go to LDS site, and look up all the Martin housholds of Navarro Co TX, all 4 households are related to me. They were all from one group with began in NC, went to TN, then much later in 1878 to Navarro Co TX. If you have Martin families in Sunset, Montague TX, or Corsicanna, Navarro Co TX, or any areas which are in those basic areas, please respond. I will now just list some names, in case any of them look familiar: 1. William M. Martin b. 1826 NC d. 1870 TN 2. George Wesley Martin of Navarro Co TX 3. James Nathaniel Martin b. 1833 NC , moved to Navarro Co TX 4. Bailey Martin, b. TN, living at Navarro Co TX 1880. 5. Samson/ Ramson Martin, may have remained in TN. 6. Joseph Allen Martin b. 1857 TN, to Sunset, Montague Co TX married Nancy Elizabeth Doolen at Navarro Co TX. 3. Hi Lilly, I told this group last month or so that my Martins came from Bodmin, Cornwall, England not from Texas except my cousin, John Hunsicker, is a pastor in Texas along with his family and his mother, but not born there. Have not been able to get further than my gggrandfather William Martin b.1816 in Bodmin. He had twins Samuel Martin and James Martin (this is my ggrandfather) and Albert Martin. The twin Samuel died young, James married and moved to Philadelphia PA where both my Mother and my Uncle Philip were born. After they married Mother and my Dad moved to Montg. Co., PA, where two of us children were born. My older Sister Donnabwas born in Phila.while Dad was in the Navy during WWII. My brother Woody is the only one still living in Pa. I sent the Texas tombstones so any of you might benefit from that information. Susan Hunsicker
