    3. Several days ago I invited everyone that had Martins in the Caldwell, Surry, Wilkes and Cherokee Counties of North Carolina to visit my web site at: www.jmartinfamily.com. I would like to add that, as part of my research, I also have "All the Martins I found in the KY, NC and TN 1850 Census Records". There are many additions to what is presented in the published indexes for the Martins listed. When I found my GGrandfather was not in the Index but was actually in the film, I decided to ignore the index and scan every page. I did not limit the Martins found in those Census Records to my direct family, but included "Every" Martin that I found. Enjoy my site. Jon Martin
