Just, reminding everyone that the Martin DNA Project is one way to prove a relationship to a line, or to prove that they are not related, therefore eliminating a line so that you don't waste you time following the wrong leads. All males who are directly related have the same Y-DNA, so the test, in this case, requires a living male who has the surname of Martin. http://www.martindna.com/ Julia French Wood In a message dated 4/21/2005 10:25:07 A.M. Hello, Are you writing to ME personally? If so, go to www.tnyesterday.com and type in MARTIN on the search box, then when the results come back, go to : # 51 #74 #82 Those Martin names are all my ancestors. William M. Martin, his wife Mary M. Martin, and her brother Barzilla J. Young. I finally found a Martin on this site. I still have not figured out the: 51, 74, 82 refrences. :) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lilly" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, April 22, 2005 12:54 AM Subject: Re: [MARTIN-L] tnyesterday.com > Hello, > Are you writing to ME personally? When you go to www.tnyesterday.com scroll down to middle of page. Type in Martin then you have to scroll down to the bottom of page and go to the #'s you are searching for. That is what the numbers are for, as I would translate what he is saying. If not, then we are all stumped. If you go into families at top of page then click on county, then click on M (for M names) then there is searching there. -------Original Message------- From: Jon Martin Date: 04/22/05 20:25:54 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [MARTIN-L] tnyesterday.com I finally found a Martin on this site.
