Does anyone have any information on a Samuel Martin who was born in Mahaska Co. Iowa most likely in the 1870's. His fathers name may have been John S. Martin. He married Florence Thornley. They lived on a ranch in Olds, Alberta Canada in the late 1880's... Their children are: Donald, Bessie, Ruth, Goldie, and they had an adopted son named Avery. Ruth Martin married a "Coles" and died in Bellingham, WA. Carol Anderson (Alexander+Mary Ann Martin of Mahaska Co. Iowa) Martin, Hauer, Hower, Ricketts, Riggs
