I have been stuck for quite a while on my MARTIN line. My grt. grt. grt. grt. grandfather was Josiah/Joseph MARTIN b. circa 1797 in King and Queen County, Virginia and married sometime before 1820 to Mary Polly OWENS b. circa 1805 in King and Queen County, Virginia. Josiah's occupation is listed as farmer. They had the following children: Unknown Female bef. 1820 William F. abt. 1830 Thomas abt. 1832 Cornelious Hinton abt. 1834 Calvin D. abt. 1839 Mary Alice abt. 1840 I suspect my Josiah's father may have also been named Josiah. Since King and Queen is a burned county it is very difficult to find anything.
