A needle in the haystack is right! And being called Mattie, but truly named Margorie, is quite a stretch. I'm sure you've thought about the need to keep a wide open mind on her given name, still. I've read about quite a few errors on "official documents". Depending on who gave the info, especially in a traumatic time, the name could be misspelled, as you said; misunderstood; "sounds like"; just plain wrong.... Good luck!!! Pat
