We have a James MARTIN born abt 1775 VA married to Elizabeth ? born abt 1785 probably in KY. Their children were: James born abt 1820 KY Henry born abt 1825 KY Richard born abt 1822 KY Francis born abt 1824 KY John born abt ? born ? ?? ? ? Mary born abt ? ? Jane born abt ? ? William born abt ? ? Priscilla born abt ? ? They moved to Parke co Ind. sometime before 1836 where some of the children got married. They then moved to Livingston and Chariton co MO sometime before 1849. I have not been able to fill in the years between 1857 when the parents passed away to the current time line. Some of the other surnames that are associated with this MARTIN family are: TRADER, PARK, HAMILTON, CHOUSE/SHOUSE. Does this fit in with any one else's research ? Would love to hear from you .
