Penny, I have a grgrandmother born in 1835 in Delaware Co, OH. I have not found the name of her parents. Her name was Elizabeth Antionette Martin, but went by Antoinette or Nettie. I found her in the 1850 census living with a family named Gaston in same county. She may have been a domestic. I did not find any Martin family from which she may have been born. She married a Wm Wigton who died after they had a son named Fred. She moved to Iowa and married George Snyder. This is a long shot, but up to the brick wall. Bonnie TX

Hi, Bonnie, did you know their is an Antonetta Martin listed on the census index in 1850 as head of household in Delaware County, Ki twp page 334 of the actual census?
