Dave, This may be a "dumb" question (I'm not blonde) - but if the accident involving Hiram Edmond happened to have occurred on a Reservation, I wonder if it would have been reported to the State of New Mexico back then? The Reservations are pretty autonomous. Or have you already thought of that possibility? Regards, Pat
