Hello Martin Listers: Looking for the ancestors of Abraham Martin who married Candice Chapin. Candace was born in Uxbridge, Mass 5 Nov Nov 1769. The family can be found in Wardborough Township, Windham County Vermont in 1800 probably came from Mass. prior to this. Abraham settled in Stanstead Plain, Quebec Canada and was postmaster their for many years. Children: Daniel, Orrin, Malinda, Jane, Amasa T. Chapin, Allen, Amarilla, Olive and Foster.
