I am seeking information about James Martin (b. abt. 1815) who was married first to Amelia Terry (Ferry) in Coles County, IL in 1839. They had two children, Miles Franklin Martin (1840) and Thomas J. Martin (1843). Amelia died at a very young age in 1845. I have informaton about Miles Franklin Martin, however, I have nothing about Thomas J. Martin. I am interested in hearing from anyone who knows about Thomas J. Martin. As a sidenote, James Martin later remarried Lurany Robison. Married Vonia King 3/30/1907 in Palmer Missouri both are buried in Palmer Cemetery Vonia King was from eastern Tenn, how did these two meet from opposite sides of the state??? 2.
